International Shipping:

At this time, we ship only within Trinidad and Tobago and select Caribbean countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to confirm whether we can accommodate your order.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this information to track your package’s journey.

Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses:

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Susa is not responsible for delays or delivery issues due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply for resending the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Susa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, any lost or stolen item claims should be directed to the carrier.
